Preferences

• 2 years AR and AP experience
• 2 years QuickBooks experience

Daily Duties

• Process daily mail (including incoming/outgoing FedEx)
• Receive AP invoices in Epik AP e-mail below; send out to business unit manager to review
• Once approval, GL, project and class from Business unit manager, enter into QuickBooks and attach invoice
• Set up new AP vendor and audit existing vendors files for compliance
• Understand purchase SOP
• Send out code of conduct, get IRS form W-9 and GL worker’s comp insurance (when needed)
• View bank each day and AR in box for customer payment remittance. Update QuickBooks with payment remittance amounts
• Enter vendor ACH banking info to bank for new AP vendors

Bi Monthly Duties

• Process AP ACH run from QuickBooks and review/approval from controller
• Work AP vendor statements; make sure vendor no unpaid invoices or missing payments
• Contact AR customers regarding payment dates or late payments

Monthly Duties

• Balance employee benefit statements to payroll deductions (health, dental, vision, life and disability) from Paycom
• Sync approved company credit card (Ramp & Lowes) transactions to QuickBooks. Identify un-approved credit card transactions to Business Unit manager

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
