The entry-level Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting marketing and administrative efforts to enhance the Epionce skincare brand as advised by the Director of Marketing. A key member of the Marketing Team, the Marketing Assistant helps realize the success of short and long-term marketing projects and goals. The Marketing Assistant will also participate in project brainstorming with other team members and/or other internal stakeholders.

- Accountability to project follow-through and completion
- Maintain confidentiality on sensitive marketing and administrative projects/decisions
- Responsible for the maintenance, in good order, of all files assigned to this function as well as the safekeeping of all company records
- Active participation in Marketing Team projects including but not limited to brainstorming and creating marketing collateral
- Ensure that the policies and procedures of the company are carried out in a manner consistent with the goals and objectives set forth by company management
- Perform all other duties as assigned or requested by management
- Brand Champion: Deep understanding and consistent application of Epionce brand guidelines across all marketing materials
- Marketing Support: Provide administrative and project assistance to the marketing department, including good understanding of marketing principles, office organization and file management
- Software Skills: Familiarity with marketing software tools including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Analytics and email marketing platforms
- Editorial Know-How: Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills to ensure accuracy and quality of all marketing materials
- Deadline Driven: Proven ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities
- Detail-Oriented: Well organized, accurate and thorough at every project touchpoint
- Problem Solver: Approach challenges with a critical eye and develop effective solutions
- Independent and Collaborative: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
- Team Player: Foster a proactive, positive and supportive work environment while embracing a growth mindset
- Experience working in an administrative or marketing environment preferred
- degree or degree-seeking preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint or similar, required
- Working knowledge of digital technology platforms and graphic design programs preferred
