Epiphany Farms is leading a “Farm to Table” movement in the area by practicing sustainable, beyond organic, environmentally friendly techniques and offering our products to the community via our own dining rooms, marketplace, cooking classes, farm tours, and special events at the farm.
Epiphany Farms Estate is a 70-acre working farm that focuses on regenerative agriculture techniques. Epiphany Farms harnesses ideas from a wide range of agricultural theories, including permaculture and intensive pasture rotation, to cultivating a multitude of fruits, vegetables, herbs, and animals. We are pioneering a new food system frontier by blending our farm and restaurants to create one, self-sustaining organism.
The responsibilities of a Farmhand at Epiphany Farms Hospitality Group will be assisting general day-to-day farm operations. At Epiphany Farms we emphasize finding the right person who understands the culture and mutual goals, and building the position around them so that each individual, as well as the company, can grow together.
The farmhands' expectations can be divided into 3 different areas and the ideal candidate will know how to handle at least one or more focuses. All tasks will be overlapping and the whole team will be cross-trained to be able to perform necessary tasks on the farm.
