SUMMARY FOR DURABILITY TECHNICIAN:

• This role will be responsible for conducting a variety of durability testing at Client's Arizona Test Center, including test equipment setup, vehicle inspection, and root cause analysis of failures detected during the test.
• Set up and conduct vehicle tests according to Client standards using a variety of tools and measurement instrumentation
• Evaluate and inspect test vehicles at a high level of sensitivity
• Conduct investigations and test experiments to determine root causes of durability concerns. Disassemble / repair vehicles as needed
• Document all test results and provide accurate reports
• Domestic and international travel (approximately 25% of the time) and occasional early / late working hours are required to complete the job functions above

QUALIFICATIONS FOR DURABILITY TECHNICIAN:

• Associates Degree in relevant field, or 4 years relevant experience
• Previous automotive test facility experience and knowledge of data acquisition instrumentation is preferred
• Need solid vehicle knowledge, will setup and conduct tests
• Assemble/ disassemble vehicles and repair as needed.
• Data acquisition instrumentation experience preferred.
