JOB SUMMARY FOR LOAN QUALITY CONTROL ANALYST:

• We are hiring a Loan Quality Control Analyst to provide support for the Chicago Loan Processing and Letter of Credit Teams. In this role, you will be assisting the FTE staff at the office building with administrative and mail processing roles.
• Compensation: $20-$23/HR-W2

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR LOAN QUALITY CONTROL ANALYST:

• Incoming Mail Processing
• Return Mail Processing
• Administrative Support for Letter of Credit partners
• Assist with selected additional functions for Retail and Commercial Processing and possibly Special Handing on a limited basis.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR LOAN QUALITY CONTROL ANALYST:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Seeking someone who learns quickly and is extremely detail-oriented and organized.
• Looking for someone who is willing to be trained and assist the team
• Administrative Assistant- 3-5 Years- Past experience with performing administrative duties
• MS Office- 3-5 Years-Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong in MS Excel
• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor's
• Loan Processing- 3-5 Years-Prior experience in a Loan Operations/Processing or Administrative environment would be preferred.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR LOAN QUALITY CONTROL ANALYST:

• Prior experience in a Loan Operations/Processing or Administrative environment would be preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
• Past experience with performing administrative duties
