JOB TYPE:

Full-time, W2, contract with ongoing need, hybrid requirements, 3 days weekly onsite, interviews will be in person and onsite

Pay rate: $24.00-27.50/hr.

JOB SUMMARY FOR SALES PLANNER:

  • Sales Coordinators provide crucial back-office support to sales teams, enhancing performance through short-term projects. Key tasks include creating PowerPoint slides for executive updates, coordinating customer service to free up sales managers' time, and utilizing VIOScope to identify sales opportunities. Additional responsibilities encompass preparing and analyzing sales proposals, maintaining sales documentation, coordinating sales meetings, and supporting sales events and training programs. This role ensures seamless sales operations, targeting $96M in annual sales and $24M in annual margin. In-person interviews will be held at the Lisle location.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SALES PLANNER:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, maintaining sales records, and responding to customer queries
  • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings and appointments, including preparing meeting agendas and taking meeting minutes
  • Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure that all customer needs are met, including coordinating with the marketing and customer service teams
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts
  • Ensure that all sales documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including managing the sales database
  • Provide support for sales events, conferences, and exhibitions
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of sales training programs
  • Develop PowerPoint slides for higher level executive weekly sales updates

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR SALES PLANNER:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • OR, At least 2 years of sales administration or customer service experience

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR SALES PLANNER:

  • Must have experience working with SalesForce CRM
  • Excel and building customer centric PowerPoints.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate with others
