Customer Insights and Analytics Lead

Boston, MA (hybrid)

I am partnered with a large biotech company looking for an analytical problem-solver to support the company's rare disease/neurology franchise by providing data-drive insights to guide brand strategy. You will work closely with commercial and marketing leaders to evaluate and answer complex business questions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct primary market research and analyze secondary data sets to develop data-driven insights and provide recommendations to brand strategy teams
• Lead completive intelligence efforts and develop forecasting models
• Source, manipulate, and visualize various data sets to produce insights and triangulate business issues
• Present actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
• Work cross functionally with the marketing, sales, and market access teams to guide brand strategy

Qualifications:

• 12 years of experience within the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry
• Pharmaceutical consulting experience
• Experience analyzing and manipulating commercial industry-standard datasets (ex. IQVIA, Symphony, Specialty Pharmacy, etc.)
• Bachelor's Degree (MBA or Advanced Scientific Degree Preferred)
