EPM is Hiring a Technical Services Analyst I Near Chester, PA
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Complete the installation, calibration and testing of IT equipment and peripherals.
- Monitor systems operations to detect potential problems.
- Perform basic system and software integration and hardware troubleshooting.
- Support technical dress rehearsals efforts for IT projects.
- Use the system operating system (Windows 7 and up) to perform basics such as adding and removing users.
- Monitor equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Deliver service that creates positive, memorable experiences for end-users.
- Exceptional customer service, organizational, and time management skills
- Hands-on technical aptitude and the ability to learn new technologies.
- Background in desktop support with input and output devices and process experience
- Fundamental knowledge of networking, hardware, and software.
- Understanding network infrastructure and software applications is a plus .
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and multitask.
- 3 years' experience with a B2B service provider is a plus.
- Professional certification. ITF , A , N , S , ITIL Foundation is a plus.
