Overview: We are seeking a Stocking Associate to join our team at a grocery store in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Efficiently stock and replenish products on shelves and in displays - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store aisles and backroom - Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies - Operate cash registers for customer purchases when needed - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and locating products - Load and unload merchandise deliveries - Package produce and other perishable items appropriately - Perform heavy lifting tasks as required Skills: - Prior experience with cash register operations is preferred - Proficiency in inventory management practices - Ability to load and unload merchandise safely and efficiently - Strong organizational skills to maintain a well-ordered store layout - Excellent customer service skills to assist shoppers effectively - Knowledge of grocery store operations is a plus - Capability to handle heavy lifting tasks comfortably - Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for effective communication Join our team as a Stocking Associate to contribute to the smooth operation of our grocery store while providing exceptional service to our customers.
