Job Description JOB SUMMARY
Work as a team member of the Lithographic Finishing Department. You will be Jogging sheets (aligning stacks of printed labels in perfect rows of specified quantity), packing, banding and receiving labels along with various other tasks as needed by the team. Candidates must have a high attention to detail, be able to work in loud environments, differentiate colors, operate machinery and be able to multi-task. Each candidate should be able to accurately perform the functions of the job which are required during a shift.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The job functions listed below represent the essential job duties and responsibilities of the above- listed position.
1. Load paper ensuring that bad sheets are removed and/or marked.
2. Set the scale.
3. Handle sample sheets.
4. Assembling boxes and labeling as necessary.
5. Perform housekeeping routines to ensure a clean work station.
6. Scan labels and boxing to prevent mixing
7. Jog sheets to improve cutting speeds and quality.
8. All functions are performed in a loud environment.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

1 Must be able to identify color variation.
2 Basic math skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1. High School diploma or equivalent.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Seeing and hearing: Read documents, computer screen answer phones, communicate in person.
2. Dexterity: banding, picking, taping, cutting.
3. Continuous to frequent grasping/wrist motions depending on station.
4. Frequent bending, stooping, twisting of lumbar and squatting.
5. Standing/walking on cement floors and anti-fatigue mats continuously throughout the workday.
6. Frequent reaching horizontally and below the shoulder level.
7. Ability to feel and see defects with Litho products.
8. Pushing/pulling of product on pallets or moving products on air table.
9. Lifting up to 40lbs, but on average 20-30lb stacks of Litho products.
The successful candidate must be authorized to work in the US, able to pass criminal background check, drug/alcohol screen, audio, and color vision test. Must be willing to work OT as needed.
