Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for setting up continuous delivery (ci/cd) pipeline primarily for salesforce integrated projects
- Ensure all Salesforce updates move from development through staging to production seamlessly through automation
- Implement solutions for ongoing/new project devops requirements through geographically dispersed team
- Environment provisioning, sandbox management, data management
- Ability to collaborate with developers, product managers, QE, support teams to support ongoing environment, code move, release management process
- Responsible to identify opportunities to automate recurring activities and identifying long-term options such as self-service.
- Championing the mindset of DevOps and Agile within the team to achieve business benefits including: Faster Time to Market, Faster ROI, Predictable Release Cadence, Optimized Delivery Times, Cost Optimization, Risk Reduction
- Technical background as Dev/Sysadmin/Automation is essential
- In addition to being a senior contributor, also Provide technical leadership and guidance for the devops team
- Act as escalation point and be available to support weekend releases as applicable
