Release Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Reliability of the systems and solutions delivered by the engineering organization
• Integrity, visibility, and audibility of test cases, test suites, releases, and infrastructure changes
• Workflow and tooling used to deliver and monitor applications
• Training across engineering org to enable most effective use of tools
• Psychological safety, adaptability, and professional development of direct reports

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; Release Management, Ticketing, Reporting and Cloud
• Release Manager with Min 7 yrs of exp with managing software teams with a focus on quality, directly managing the work of at least 4 individual contributors, managing quality processes (workflow, ticketing, reporting, etc.), managing cloud-based infrastructure (AWS preferred
• Minimum 7 years of experience in managing software teams with a focus on quality
• Minimum 5 years of experience directly managing the work of at least 4 individual contributors
• Demonstrated successful management of quality processes (workflow, ticketing, reporting, etc.)
• Prior experience managing cloud-based infrastructure (AWS preferred)
• High degree of emotional intelligence, ability to empathize, negotiate, and actively listen
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
