Position Summary
The Technical Support Specialist works under general supervision providing leadership and coordination of project teams based on established business strategies to ensure continual improvement, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company policy. The Technical Support Specialistuses their technical knowledge to act as the primary contact for the IT department inquiries, maintenance and installation of new hardware and software, perform system analyst, and make recommendations in areas that require a high level of technical competency.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may work in a warehouse, manufacturing, cleanroom, and/or office environment that is subject to moderate to high levels of noise, specialized apparel and safety equipment, and moving mechanical parts. This position will have exposure to and use of materials listed in the company’s Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

While performing the duties of this job, the employeeconducts primarily light work with frequent periods of standing, walking, talking, listening, climbing, squatting, visual inspection of documentation, pushing, and pulling. Repetitive motions (movements) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers are required.
