Equifax is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our growing team! This individual will complete information verification via phone or online sources using a standard verification process. The individual should possess excellent customer service skills, basic computer navigation and typing skills, and strong collaborative skills to function in a team environment.
This role pays $17.20/hr. incentive opportunity. This is an onsite position located in West Des Moines, IA.
What you’ll do
Complete information verification via phone or online sources using a standard verification process
Validate, complete, and document requested data through phone, fax, or email
Analyze and research more in-depth data as requested, utilizing appropriate resources
What experience you need
At least 1 year of customer service experience
At least 1 year of experience with basic computer navigation skills, including accurate typing, and familiarity with Google Suite applications
What could set you apart
Experience in a high-volume contact center, call center, of data fulfillment environment
