• Lead/assist with the development and execution of key US HR Operations projects and initiatives including Kronos Dimensions, M&A related projects, etc.

. Asana PM management system experience would be ideal.

• Lead assigned project and process improvements, defining the project mission statement, allocating project tasks, and motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones wholly and timely.

• Develop project charter, timelines and plans describing how the project will be executed and communicated to the various stakeholders.

• Plan and tracks all project and process improvement activities.

• Effectively organizes, monitors, and controls activities to ensure achievement of planned gates and efficient utilization of available resources.

• Monitors and controls project costs and finances. Identifies, contains, and reduces risk and ensures all opportunities are captured and acted upon.

• Help the tracking of HR-related activities, analyze data trends and gaps, and offer ad hoc reports to support department initiatives, objectives, and strategies.

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Coordinate and lead project team members, including HR professionals and external vendors.

• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues and risks.

• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
