Job Title :

Heavy Equipment CDL Driver

EquipmentShare is currently seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment CDL Driver to join our team in Geneva, NY.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of equipment, products, and materials to our customers.

Schedule :

• Monday to Friday, 6 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM (overtime available after 40 hours)
• Weekend oncall only in special circumstances

Primary Responsibilities :

• Operate vehicle in compliance with transportation laws
• Safely transport loads following traffic laws and safety regulations
• Load and unload goods using specialized equipment when necessary
• Maintain necessary paperwork for deliveries
• Perform routine truck maintenance

Skills & Qualifications :

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to remain focused in a busy environment
• CDL or chauffeur's license depending on state regulations
• Must pass background checks and drug testing
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and travel frequently

Physical Requirements :

• Prolonged sitting in a trailer cab
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Frequent travel required
• Safetysensitive position requiring a drug screen
