EQUITY ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES INC AND AFFILIATES is Hiring a HRIS Analyst Near Westlake, OH

This position is based out of our Westlake, OH location and is eligible for a hybrid schedule after probationary period.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Analyst will support the Supervisor, HRIS & Compensation by maintaining the integrity and reliability of the organization’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring applications meet the needs, requirements, and objectives of the HR department.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Provides end-user system support and training to all associates
  • Conducts regular audits of system information to ensure accuracy, create efficiencies, and minimize errors
  • Oversees company trainings and learning courses and provides hands-on support, reporting, and follow-up
  • Identifies and recommends opportunities for improvement such as system utilization, training, customization, and enhancements to maximize value and efficiency of the HRIS
  • Prepares reports and presents findings and recommendations to the Supervisor, HRIS & Compensation and other company leaders
  • Assists with system implementations and upgrades
  • Identifies, recommends, and programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports
  • Collaborates with Supervisor, HRIS & Compensation to plan, modify, and customize the HRIS and to test new applications and features
  • Prepares training materials, guides, and documentation
  • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements; assists with internal audits by delivering requested materials
  • Documents and maintains administrative procedures for assigned areas
  • Creates and distributes relevant reports to stakeholders including those related to compliance (e.g., EEO-1, VET-100, FLSA)
  • Performs time and attendance audit at the end of each pay period
  • Performs audits on HR processes and documents, including hiring, termination of service, and payroll administration, when required
  • Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • Experience with HR information systems highly preferred

TECHNICAL SKILLS

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with and an understanding of the following:

  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to speak and hear. The associate is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time, as well as stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms. This job requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
