Company Overview: We are forming an innovative residential property management company in the DFW, Texas area, committed to maximizing the value of our clients' investments and providing top-tier services to property owners and tenants. Our company will be focused on delivering personalized, responsive, tech-enabled service that will make us the preferred choice for residential property management in the region.

Position Summary: The Business Development Officer will play a crucial role in expanding our portfolio within the DFW residential property market. This role is focused on identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy. As a commission-only position, it offers significant earning potential for a driven and results-oriented professional. An active Real Estate Sales License in Texas is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential property management sector within the DFW area.
  • Utilize a variety of methods, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital outreach, to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other stakeholders in the DFW market.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, providing exceptional customer service and tailored property management solutions.
  • Leverage your real estate expertise and sales experience to understand and address client needs effectively.
  • Sales & Negotiation:
  • Conduct sales presentations and meetings with prospective clients to highlight the benefits of our property management services.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals with new clients, ensuring that all agreements comply with Texas real estate regulations.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy:
  • Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the DFW real estate market.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the management team on market dynamics and potential growth areas.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales materials and campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Active Texas Real Estate Sales License is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the DFW real estate or property management industry.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
  • In-depth knowledge of the DFW real estate market and local regulations.

Compensation:

  • Commission Structure: This is a commission-only position with competitive rates based on new business generated.
  • New Client Acquisition: Commission will be based on a percentage of the first-year management fees secured from new clients.
  • Bonus Incentives: Additional bonuses may be awarded for exceeding sales targets or securing high-value contracts.

Compensation Range:

  • Expected Annual Earnings: $72,685.00 - $115,000 (based on performance and success in securing new business)
