ELS is hiring for the position of Marketing Manager in Tampa, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Listing Coordination: Work closely with agents to ensure the accuracy and attractiveness of our listings. This includes securing necessary documents, managing listings across various platforms, and organizing listing files in compliance with regulations. Oversee listing preparation activities such as photography and staging, and support open houses and private showings.
- Marketing Development: Lead the development and execution of targeted marketing strategies tailored to residents of ELS communities. Create compelling online and print content, and implement lead generation initiatives to attract potential buyers.
- Client and Agent Support: Provide sales agents with materials for client presentations and coordinate educational events for homeowners to enhance their understanding of the resale process.
- Team Collaboration: Align marketing strategies with sales objectives and ensure seamless communication within the team. Keep the team updated on listing statuses and marketing outcomes to foster collaboration and synergy.
- Transaction Coordination: Manage Transaction Coordination software for the department, providing regular updates to leadership and sales staff on property transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate marketing and transaction coordination.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Design skills preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
