The Client Experience Representative focuses on partner satisfaction and retention, emphasizing the importance of maximizing opportunities within EPM’s existing book of business. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all loan applications meet regulatory standards, as well as employer and investor guidelines.
- Monitor and retain EPM’s portfolio, identifying refinance opportunities and work with EPM broker/correspondent partners to maximize opportunities within the existing book of business.
- Identify and assess post-close loans with defects or deficiencies; collaborate with brokers and borrowers to address issues and restructure loans under new terms that align with the company’s risk mitigation strategies, while coordinating with underwriting to ensure all deficiencies are resolved before refinancing.
- Assist with employee loan applications.
- Work closely with colleagues and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Additional responsibilities related to business needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Knowledge of home loans and residential mortgages such as conventional, VA, FHA, and USDA loans, and loan products.
- 3 years of mortgage lending experience required.
- Active NMLS license required, California, Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, and Texas preferred. Additional state licenses a plus.
- Strong decision-making and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Encompass loan origination system preferred.
- Must be able to commute to our San Juan Capistrano, California office.
