What You’ll Be Doing:
  • As an Assistant Community Manager, you will drive the entire sales process, building strong connections with prospects and residents, and delivering exceptional customer service to facilitate lease renewals, with a clear pathway for career growth towards a Community Manager position.
  • Leading, mentoring, and training in sales, marketing, and customer service for a positive work environment
  • Managing financial transactions, including payments and audits, for accurate resident file maintenance
  • Utilizing effective selling techniques, maintaining comprehensive community knowledge, and contributing to marketing efforts.
  • Explaining lease provisions, overseeing move-in activities, and conducting orientations for new residents
  • Responding promptly to resident calls and emails, proactively address needs, and follow up on concerns
  • Maintaining effective communication with maintenance staff, ensuring resident needs are met
  • Proactively monitoring property trends for future occupancy needs
What You’ll Need to Thrive:
  • Residential or commercial property management, hospitality, or retail experience
  • Customer service and sales experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License required if employee will operate a motorized vehicle (e.g., car, golf cart) in their role. This varies by location.
  • Computer literacy and effective communication skills
  • Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Office team employees, with limited exceptions, are required to use their own Smartphone to perform certain aspects of their job.
Bonus Qualifications:
  • Managerial Experience

Pay range: $22.08- $26.99

9 paid holidays, including both scheduled and floating holidays, for eligible full-time employees for each calendar year.
5 days paid time off, accrued on a weekly basis
Health Care Plans: Two medical plan options. Plan offers 100% coverage for preventive care and lets you choose from a network of health care providers. Dental and Vision coverage are also available.
Basic life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance are covered 100% for full-time employees
Short-term and long-term disability (STD and LTD) are both offered if you are unable to work due to a non-work related illness or injury
401 (k) Retirement Savings Plan
