The Project Manager is a key member of the company’s HR Transformation team. This position will help identify improvement opportunities and plan, lead, and manage events and projects that significantly grow our capacity, efficiency, and effectiveness in HR. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, thorough, able to execute projects and events within agreed-upon deadlines, and can effectively communicate with all levels of management, monitoring and summarizing project progress, vendor management, and process enhancement. Ultimately, the Project Manager’s duties are to ensure all assigned projects and events are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to leading and managing various project tasks, administrative duties like maintaining project documentation, handling financial queries, and monitoring and summarizing project progress. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, meticulous, able to assist with completing projects within agreed-upon deadlines and scope, and can effectively communicate with all levels of management to deliver results on time.
