The Sr. Analyst, HR Technology is responsible for the design, development and execution of reporting and analytical solutions that measure HR’s results against its people business strategy. This subject matter expert and strategic business partner is responsible for all aspects of timely data and metrics delivery for the Human Resources Function. This will include coordination and partnership with related functions within and outside of the Human Resources group.
As a Senior Analyst, HR Technology, you will have the exciting opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders from various functions within and outside of the Human Resources group. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and execute reporting and analytical solutions that measure HR’s results against its people business strategy. Moreover, you will play a pivotal role in delivering timely data and metrics, ensuring comprehensive coordination and partnership across related functions. The ideal candidate for this position is an accomplished Human Resources Data and Analytics leader who possesses extensive experience in human capital management (HCM) systems, reporting, analytics, and data engineering. You should have a proven track record of successfully leveraging these skills to drive organizational growth and transformation.
