Commercial Property Management company in Scottsdale, is seeking a bookkeeper/property accountant to perform the full range of accounting services for an assigned portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and detail oriented with excellent time management and communication skills.

The position will entail working closely with members of the accounting department and with the property management department to support the financial aspects of all business activities.

Responsibilities include:

· Monthly bank reconciliations

· Posting of cash receipts

· Review and approve accounts payable

· Posting journal entries

· Prepare accruals

· General Ledger account analysis

· Invoicing for fees

· Security deposit reconciliations

· Assist with special projects assigned by Controller

· Adhere to quarterly and annual closing schedules

· Assist Property Managers with CAM/ OPEX reconciliations

· Assist with annual budgets and reprojections

Software experience desired:

· Yardi

· Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Qualifications:

· Associates Degree a plus

· 2-4 years of related experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
