About the Position

Eqvista is seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to our sales department, contributing to the growth and success of our company. 

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

• Assist the sales team in managing territories and accounts 
• Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients 
• Utilize Salesforce or similar software for tracking sales activities 
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospects 
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies 
• Support B2B sales efforts by identifying market opportunities and trends 
• Assist in territory management activities to maximize sales potential 

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales support or a related field is preferred 
• Experience using CRM software and platforms is advantageous 
• Fluency in Spanish is advantageous but not required 
• Strong understanding of sales processes and service offered by the company to provide accurate information to customers.
• Excellent customer service skills with a customer-centric approach 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 
• Strong organizational and time management skills 
• Ability to manage Multiple tasks efficiently
• References from previous colleagues/employers is a MUST
