$23 - $26 per hour | Free meals! Free Parking! Company paid CEUs!Era Living is seeking a full-time Lead Resident Assistant to become the newest member of our Community Health team located in our University House Issaquah, Issaquah, WA community. Available shifts will be scheduled Sunday - Wednesday, 10:00pm - 06:30am.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to provide all aspects of personal care to older adults at all functional levels
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
- Ability to schedule tasks effectively to meet strict deadlines and within allotted time
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Ability to pass DSHS and State background check, required
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Care Aide Certification required
- Nurse Delegation certificate
- Fundamentals of Caregiving or Modified Fundamentals of Caregiving
- Caregiver Mental Health and Dementia
- Maintains required 12 hours of CE needed for NAC certificate
- Has worked in Home Health, Skilled Nursing Facility or other long term care setting for 2 or more years
- Assisted Living experience preferred
- Knowledge or skill in working with older adults and adults with memory impairment
