ERAUINC Embry-Riddle Aeronautical Univ Inc. is Hiring an Assistant Director of CIPS Near Prescott, AZ

Job Description The Opportunity: Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott is searching for an Assistant Director of the Center for International Programs and Services. This position is responsible for managing and providing immigration and visa-related service functions while ensuring compliance with federal regulations and reporting requirements. The position holder provides front-line support and guidance to international students, scholars, and exchange visitors throughout the visa and work authorization application process to ensure campus and federal regulatory compliance. The Assistant Director serves as an ARO for the ERAU J-1 exchange visitor program, and student advisor for F-1 immigration benefits such as Curricular and Optional Practical Training, and supports the Director as a DSO for the ERAU Prescott F-1 visa program. This position requires weekend and evening hours for special events and student programming. Travel to either the annual national NAFSA or regional NAFSA conferences may require weekend and evening hours.
