We are looking for an Account manager with an IT background capable of building and maintaining trust with Erbis clients, understanding their needs, and diving deeper into them to discover opportunities for upsell.
Qualifications
- You are a highly driven, results-oriented person with a solid account management success record.
- You have IT background.
- You have experience working on DACH or USA markets
- You have great people skills and communication, which will help you to create close ties with internal teams and customers.
- You present confidently and clearly, able to explain difficult technical ideas to customers with different degrees of technical expertise.
- You have a great work ethic, self-starting ability, and simultaneous task management capacity.
- Build and maintain close ties with both potential and current customers.
- Analyze demands and grasp customer difficulties to find the most appropriate IT solutions.
- Create and present striking presentations highlighting your technical knowledge and the value our services provide.
- Work together with the technical team to provide ideas and solutions that fit customer needs.
- Support the pre-sale of marketing and sales teams.
- Attend industry events to increase brand exposure and create a network.
- Choose your working mode and working hours
