**Maintenance Technician**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of our facilities through maintenance and repair tasks. **Responsibilities:**
- Conduct routine inspections of premises to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Perform maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry repairs, plumbing, and electrical fixes
- Supervise external contractors when needed
- Maintain accurate records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Interpret schematics and blueprints to guide maintenance activities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse teams
- Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking
- Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately
- Leadership skills with the capacity to supervise tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in English language
