Looking to take the next step in Property Management within the Commercial sector?
We are searching for a Commercial Assistant Property Manager that will oversee 5 East Baltimore sites. The ideal candidate will share responsibility for all operational and financial aspects of the 200,000 square foot collection with the PM. This includes budget control and maintenance requests.
Our client is a growing owner/operator of a national commercial portfolio. A "yes" attitude paired with a customer first focus will be key search parameters.
Responsibilities
- Assist all 30 tenants with property issues
- Manage property inventory
- Solve all maintenance requests filed by property inhabitants
- Supervise staff of 2
- Manage Vendor relations
Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of commercial property experience
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
- Experience with MRI or Yardi
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
***On site 5 days per week - free parking
