Description
The Legal Assistant will assist the Pre-Litigation team and be an integral part of case management. This is a great team that requires someone who knows how to manage their time, work autonomously, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
•Requesting updated medical records and bills
•Keeping track of the requests to make sure we receive updated records
•Redacting medical records
•Keeping medical records and client files well-organized
•Processing invoices
Qualifications
•Confirming medical providers that clients have been treated
•Collection of medical records and billing
•Member of the Reception Team
•Working one-on-one with Attorneys and the Case Management team
•Translating for clients and staff
•Spanish speaking required
