Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Account Representative / Office Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member. Insurance experience is preferred but not required as we will train the right person with the right skill set.

As an Office Manager with State Farm, you will receive...

• $18 - $23/ hour base pay to start (based on experience) plus bonus/commissions
• Eligible for raises based on experience, licensing, and production.
• Average team member bonus/commissions ranges from $250 to $1,000
• PTO

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
