Our excellent client is looking for a SR Project Manager - IT for 9 months REMOTE or Hybrid.

Duties:

• Global Business Service's Project Manager to work with Global Business Services team
• Responsible for coordinating, planning, developing, and implementing moderate to large-scale business projects, as well as readiness initiatives across our US and globally
• Supporting the development and execution of the strategic roadmap, to grow, integrate and align our processes and systems across on and off shore offices
• Small team of consultants that support strategic, complex initiatives to drive transformation
• Partner effectively across Enterprise and provide a firm-wide approach to identify, prioritize, and successfully execute a portfolio of initiatives that are aligned with strategic goals and vision

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with subject matter experts to design, develop, and manage global programs including scope, objectives, and develop/monitor KPIs
• Develop detailed project plan and roadmap(s)
• Plan, monitor, and document milestones throughout a project including detailed project schedule and timeline
• Maintain project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
• Define, identify, and allocate project resources
• Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities Implement strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
• Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
• Anticipate change, directs/redirects efforts, conducting risk assessments & mitigation plans
• Identify, document, assign, track, and facilitate project issues through resolution
• Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
• Manage all aspects of financials including forecasting, invoicing, and monthly accruals
• Driving strategy execution, transformation and change globally
• Drive reporting and communications across GBS project portfolio, including regular updates for senior and executive management, as well as tracking and monitoring of progress against KPIs
• Provide project updates to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Support change management activities, training, and communications
• Accountable for all aspects of business deliverables & readiness

Skills:

• 8 years of proven knowledge sharing program development, with a strong track record of successful delivery and complex problem solving and driving transformation in a global environment
• Capable of applying knowledge and skill sets to clearly establish expectations and influence key stakeholders to ensure successful business outcomes
• Lead highly complex projects, research and manage program enhancements, and look for ways to make continuous improvements and provide proactive consultation
• Familiarity with data analytics techniques, dashboard creation, and experience with statistical analysis; proficiency with reporting tools such as MicroStrategy and Tableau
• Strong collaborator who consistently demonstrates a focus on and ability to work as a team.

Preferred: PMP Certification

Education: Bachelor's degree and with master's degree preferred
