About this opportunity:
Join our team at Ericsson as a Solution Architect, a critical role that drives our end-to-end technical solutions based on customer specifications and burgeoning business needs. As part of our dynamic team, you will facilitate profitable business growth by bridging customer needs and technical opportunities into robust offerings and proposals. You will support the Consultants during the requirement analysis and high-level design phases while having the chance to assume responsibilities in Customer Support, sales, and service delivery.
What you will do:
- Define and Design domain solution.
- Contribute to technical engagements including initial technical overview assessment regarding design, deployment, configuration, and customization of Compute, Storage and Networking
- Translates business requirements to high level solution (functional requirements)
- Person providing a bridge between BSA(s) and Technical (Dev) Lead(s). Influences high level design Business Requirements and guide mid and low-level technical design for delivery.
- Execute Software Development work inclusive of requirements gathering.
- Apply Agile and waterfall methodologies as solutions warrant.
- Identify improvements & optimizations.
- Drive quality management of solution and release
- Consulting Approach to problem solving
The skills you bring:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Electrical/Electronics & Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Information & Technology Management, Physics, or related field of study.
- Data analysis and System Integration experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and related topics such as Azure AKS, Azure Gateways, Azure SQL
- Linux/UNIX (install, configure)
- Knowledge of Telecom Billing (IMS)
- Knowledge of SIP Trunking
- Agile Delivery experience
- Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, switch config, IP troubleshooting - Snoop/Sniff/Packet analysis)
- Scripting (Shell/JavaScript/SQL)
- Database knowledge (SQL, Oracle systems)
- VMWare (experience working with VMWare ESXi, VSphere)
- System Verification experience and use of tools (Selenium, SOAP UI, JMeter)
- Work Experience on Troubleshooting Tools (WireShark, TOAD/SQL, WireMock, Tcpdump)
