Erie Family Health Centers, a nationally recognized top workplace with 13 sites in Chicago and suburbs, is looking for a valuable addition to our Patient Access Operations team! The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for building all Erie providers’ and resource templates and uploading their schedules in Epic in a timely and efficient manner. Scheduling Coordinator assists with new patient hospital discharge scheduling as well as any scheduling due to changes or cancellations.
