In this role, you'll plan, execute, and analyze performance-focused marketing campaigns, primarily across affiliate channels, to drive customer acquisition.Day in the Life of a Performance Marketing Specialist:

• Oversee paid acquisition via affiliate strategies and daily optimizations to drive revenue and ROI.
• Plan, execute, and analyze performance-focused marketing campaigns across affiliate channels.
• Evaluate affiliate channel performance, report, and communicate results.
• Act as the main contact for affiliate partners, addressing inquiries and collaboration opportunities.
• Ensure affiliate compliance and brand alignment with guidelines.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze metrics to improve campaign performance.
• Optimize paid marketing initiatives and coordinate testing.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Performance Marketing and teams in Analytics, Creative, and Lifecycle Marketing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years experience in paid cross-channel strategies, ideally in lead and revenue-generating affiliate tactics, preferably in Home Improvement.
• Experience with site analytics and attribution platforms, preferably Google Analytics and Power BI.
• Results-driven, familiar with A/B testing, and preferred familiarity with brand lift and incrementality measurement tools such as MMM.
• Ability to work with partners to interpret data and make data-driven optimizations.
