Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels regarding HR policies and procedures
- Manage social media platforms for HR-related activities and announcements
- Handle workers' compensation claims and related processes
- Assist in talent management programs and initiatives
- Participate in recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Administer Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) requests and documentation
- Support change management initiatives within the organization
- Contribute to organization design projects as needed
- Address employee relations matters professionally and confidentially
- Assist in talent acquisition activities as part of the HR team
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management
- Proficiency in social media management for HR purposes
