Position Summary Under general supervision, performs a variety of housekeeping duties in order to maintain building and facilities at the Home Office complex.

• Schedule is Monday through Friday, 3 : 00pm-11 : 00pm Duties and Responsibilities Performs a variety of housekeeping duties, including sweeping, cleaning, disinfecting, washing, scrubbing and polishing.

Uses a floor buffer to maintain hard floors and carpeting and uses a carpet extraction machine to perform water extraction of carpet.

Performs manual lifting as required and moving, and rearrangement of furniture for class room setups and for after hours functions that take place.

Assists in ordering supplies online and maintaining inventory of materials and supplies related to assigned work. Cleans windows, sweeps pavements, hoses sidewalks or performs additional duties as directed.

Performs limited preventive maintenance on cleaning equipment as necessary. The firsttwo duties listed are the functions identified as essential to the job.

Prior experience cleaning Commercial office space preferred. This position requires the incumbent to work holidays as needed.

Position requires incumbent to climb ladders and work at a height of 12 feet on occasion.
