The Kitchen at Vint Hill, is a dedicated rentable commissary kitchen for small food businesses.

Seeking a highly organized and professional individual to manage the operations and renters of the kitchen. New hire MUST live within a 15 minute driving distance of the kitchen, located at 4257 Aiken Drive, Warrenton, Va.

Tasks will include:

Oversee and synchronize various Kitchen Administrative functions to ensure alignment and optimal performance for the kitchen and it's renters:

1. Responding to emails regarding questions about the kitchen, rental fees, tours, mentoring appointments with Erin.

2. Sending and finalizing Kitchen rental contracts for both users and members, and keeping all information organized, and ensuring all renters are abiding by the agreements.

3. Setting up and giving Kitchen tours and answering any questions that arise.

4. Be available for calls or emails from renters in the event of any issue/questions.

5. Keep the kitchen stocked/Ordering for general use kitchen items such as: paper towels, cleaning rags, cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc.

Recognize and address quality control concerns, devising strategies and methods to enhance product or service quality:
1. Formulate a schedule for kitchen maintenance checks, and reporting any issues.

2. Ability to troubleshoot common issues that may arise in the kitchen for renters.

3. Perform a once a month deep clean of the kitchen.Hours would be set by the employee, and all administrative tasks could be performed at home. Employee would be required to be on site for at least 5 hours each week for stocking of supplies, equipment checks and kitchen tours. however that time could be at the discretion of the employee based on the calendar of the kitchen.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 18 per week
