Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Training Manager to join our team. The Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Duties:

• Design and deliver training programs for employees at all levels
• Develop training materials, manuals, and multimedia visual aids
• Coordinate training schedules and logistics
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs
• Monitor employee performance and learning progress
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development
• Project Management Experience
• Experience managing and providing guidance to project teams
• Training and coaching skills
• Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Project Server), Microsoft Project/POL Experience
• Experience working in a remote and local team environment

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of project scheduling and time management principles
- Knowledge of reading schematics, contracts, and project coordination
