El Reno Post-Acute Rehabilitation Center seeks a full-time dietary manager who will be responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the operations of the Food and nutrition services department in compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Dietary Manager, preferred, not required.
  • Minimum three (3) year’s experience as a manager or supervisor in a healthcare setting.
  • Supervisory experience required.
  • Food Handler Certification, preferred, not required.

Strength (Lift, Carry, Push, Pull): Heavy up to 100 lbs (exerting 20-30 pounds of force occasionally, or 10 lbs. to 20 lbs. of force constantly to move objects)
