erparc is Hiring a Patient Transport Driver Near El Reno, OK

Establishes and maintains communication with patients and coworkers to improve quality of service and customer satisfaction.

· Transports patients inside and outside of the facility to designated areas in a punctual and timely manner.

· Occasional transports for resident activities.

· Practices safe driving procedures when transporting during inclement weather.

· Lifts patients in and out of bed, chairs, taxis, and ambulances to move them to and from treatment areas and procedure rooms.

· Offers comfort and support to patients and their families.

· Transports medical equipment, supplies and laboratory specimens to designated treatment, diagnostic, and patient care areas.

· Respects and protects patient confidence and facility confidentiality by keeping all sensitive and patient information private.

· Follows all protocols and procedures to ensure safe delivery of patients, their possessions, supplies and laboratory specimens.

· Maintains a secure, clean, and healthy work environment by adhering to the standards and regulations that are set forth by the hospital and local, state, and federal governments,

· Routinely complies with the standards set forth by State Regulations and HIPAA.

· Regularly participates in ongoing education to improve knowledge and skills.

· Occasional transports during evenings, nights, holidays, or weekends.

· When you are not transporting you will work in the CNA role and assist on the floor with resident care if applicable and all other duties as assigned.
