Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled QA Analyst with expertise in Selenium and C# to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and execute automated tests to ensure the quality of our software applications, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
Automated Testing:
· Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and C#.
· Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Manual Testing:
· Perform manual tests as needed.
· Create and execute test cases.
Defect Management:
· Identify, document, and track defects.
· Collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
Test Planning:
· Develop test plans and cases.
· Report test results to stakeholders.
Collaboration:
· Work with developers, product managers, and business analysts.
· Participate in agile ceremonies.
Continuous Improvement:
· Stay updated on industry trends and tools.
· Enhance testing processes and practices.
Qualifications:
Experience:
· 8 years in software QA.
· Proficiency in Selenium and C#.
· Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
Skills:
· Strong programming in C#.
· Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
· Familiarity with Git and agile methodologies.
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred:
· Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
· Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., Java, Python).
· Software testing certification (e.g., ISTQB).
