Ervin Cable Construction, LLC is Hiring a Director of Business Operations Near Sturgis, KY

Overview and Essential Functions A successful Director of Business Operations will oversee the day-to-day business operation activities of the company, ensuring that the organization is managed and performing efficiently and effectively. Works closely with the finance & accounting departments to establish quantitative and qualitative metrics. Establish guidelines and standards by which the company’s efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of business practices; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment; ability to inform, persuade, and motivate effectively across the company.
