A successful Regional Quality Assurance Manager shall be responsible for auditing field office quality control processes to ensure adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. They shall track and analyze collected data for trends in plant construction quality and efficacy of implemented processes. The Regional Quality Assurance Supervisor shall assist in the design and implementation of training documents for standardization of quality control processes. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of telecommunications construction, proficiency in use of office hardware and software, the ability to collect, read, understand, interpret, and analyze data.
