Esau Miller Family Dentistry has been a cornerstone of dental care in Hutchinson, KS, since its founding by Dr. Willis Esau in 1957. In 1991, Dr. Todd Esau took over the practice, continuing his father’s legacy of excellence. Dr. Todd remains an active owner and full-time dentist. In 2019, Dr. Casey Miller joined our team, becoming a partner a year later.

Since 1957, our mission has always been to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. We are dedicated to providing honest and comprehensive treatment options, always prioritizing our patients' best interests. Our team, composed of 2 general dentists, 2 office coordinators, 4 assistants, and 5 dental hygienists, works collaboratively to create a welcoming and comfortable environment. Position Details:

  • Responsibilities: Perform a variety of dental procedures including oral evaluations, restorations, endodontics, orthodontics, dentures, implants, and periodontics. We respect your comfort level and support your growth in any desired areas.
  • Work Schedule: Full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options. We are open Monday to Friday with varying start times on Tuesdays and Fridays.
  • Compensation: Minimum base salary of $190,000, with opportunities for higher earnings based on collections and experience. Bonus incentives and negotiable terms available.

Qualifications:

  • DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
  • State dental license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Strong commitment to patient care and ethical practice
