Escalade Sports is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Eagan, MN
Reporting to: Director of Global Sales
Location: Eagan, MN
Status: Non-Exempt
Job Purpose: Connect with R.A.V.E. Sports customers to provide outstanding sales service and support, understand and resolve product issues and manage warranty claims, manage special projects as needed, and provide knowledgeable product guidance.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- Respond to dealer and consumer inquiries based on acquired product knowledge.
- Assist customers with problem-solving product issues and offering suggestions regarding product setup.
- Resolve customer requests regarding product availability, shipping timeframes, and parts requests.
- Manage assigned projects in conjunction with your category's needs - examples include eCom order management, new product launch information, and management of parts inventory.
- Manage assigned category tickets, phone calls, chats, and vendor partner questions and reviews.
- Communicates identified product situations to proper internal departments.
- Thrive in a strong team environment with cross-functional groups working together to meet or exceed department goals.
- Assist with returns as needed in the warehouse.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Solid knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office)
- Strong communication skills – spoken and written
- Organized and analytical
- Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently with moderate to minimal supervision
- Position requires sitting, talking and listening at least 2/3 of the time
- Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds
- Office environment
