POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a full-time, experienced Scheduling Coordinator, Fuel & Onsite Services to join our high-performance team and be a part of our journey to shape the future of the Northern Virginia area data center community by delivering resilient and sustainable solutions that make a difference.

This individual will be responsible for efficiently planning and coordinating schedules, ensuring optimal resource utilization and timely service delivery. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. This individual must be committed to delivering high-quality and reliable fuel services to our customers. This role is crucial to ensuring the efficient scheduling and delivery of fuel to our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• SCHEDULING: Plan, schedule, and communicate fuel deliveries, and field services work/teams in coordination with department management, end customers, industry partners, and suppliers ensuring timely fuel deliveries and services in adherence to specified SLAs, contract, and project requirements for both regular business and emergency circumstances.
• RESILENCY PLANNING: Develop and maintain monthly resiliency planning for all customer sites for emergency response ensuring resources both internally and externally with customers, market partners and fuel suppliers.
• RESOURCE PLANNING: Plan and maintain spare parts inventories, additives, and materials with work schedules to meet service work requirements in coordination with internal supply chain management personnel and department management.
• RECORD-KEEPING, REPORTING, AND CONTRACT-FULFILLMENT: Provide monthly and quarterly fuel summary reports to customers. Coordinate with internal Administrator, Contracts and Procurement to ensure all annual contract requirements are planned and executed, reporting completion, and status monthly.

EDUCATION AND EXPEREINCE REQUIRED

• A business degree or equivalent.
• Familiarity with the fuel industry and knowledge of related regulations.
• 5-10 years of experience in fuel scheduling, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
• Must have weekend on call availability.

ATTRIBUTES DESIRED

• Proficiency in using scheduling software and tools to optimize delivery routes.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Have customer facing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Analytical and fast thinker.
• Very detail oriented.
