ESI is now hiring a Information Technology Support Analyst in the Lake Worth Beach, FL area.

POSITION SUMMARY:

ESI is seeking a Information Technology Support Analyst who is responsible for providing technical support related to computers and some network operations and updating the system log by creating a problem ticket. The Desktop Support Technician may be assigned a rotation shift schedule but currently we are looking for 8:30am - 5:30pm. The Desktop Support Technician will also be required to participate in the on-call after hour support for software, hardware, and networking issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma
• 1 year of experience preferred; willing to offer training if not all the IT requirements are met
• Systems knowledge required: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office 365, RDP, VPN, MFA, RingCentral, SharePoint Online, ticketing system.
• Hardware: Computer/laptop/tablet setup, Printers, Copiers, Scanners, Droid/Apple cell phones, RingCentral/Poly desk phones, Scan guns.
• Knowledge not required but helpful: database knowledge (SQL, jBase), Azure, MDM.
• Certifications: A (required), MCTS (preferred)
• Ability to walk, stand, stoop, bend, push a cart, or lift during the entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, including small packages and supplies

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Logging support calls – first line of support.
• Phone support (as well as face-to-face support) for the above items (Systems and Hardware)
• Basic troubleshooting skills (pc software, hardware failure, and connectivity).
• Installing and configuring hardware and software components.
• Creating Active Directory accounts.
• Creating Office 365 accounts.
• Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining workstations and printers remotely and onsite.
• Reimaging desktops and laptops.
• Replacing toner and keeping inventory of it.
• Replacing battery backups and recycling.
• Setting up cell phones for our drivers and sales reps (Training will be provided).
• Setting up scan guns for the warehouse (Training will be provided).
• Keeping track of IT inventory / Organizing IT supply room.
• Keeping accurate and detailed descriptions of services performed while on a service call.
• Attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills and good problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills are a must! Will train if you do not meet all the IT requirements mentioned above.... Customer service skills, great work ethics, great attitude skills are also a must.
