• Compensation Range: $80K-$150K
• Sign on Bonus of $3500

What You Bring - The Person

• A minimum of 4 years of window installation OR construction remodeling experience, preferred.
• A proven track record of superior workmanship with a strong focus on customer service.
• Self-motivation and results orientation.
• Time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently.

Requirements For a Subcontractor

• Your own truck, trailer, tools, and metal brake (we provide job materials)
• General Liability Insurance - $1 Million Each Occurrence
• Automobile Insurance
